In aid of World Sight Day, Class Optical supports Special Olympics and LifeCycle Challenge.

As part of our ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and in aid of World Sight Day (9th October), Class Optical proudly supports both the LifeCycle Challenge Malta and Special Olympics Malta.

This past weekend was filled with care, smiles, and sportsmanship as the Special Olympics Malta Healthy Athletes Screening Programme took place on 11–12 October 2025, welcoming over 400 inspiring athletes. Among the key supporters was Class Optical, proudly contributing to the Open Your Eyes vision and eye-health screenings, ensuring that every athlete could see and perform at their best. Class Optical provided on-site optometrists, screening equipment, and more than 100 free pairs of glasses for children and athletes with special needs. Each pair was professionally fitted by our in-house experts to guarantee optimal vision comfort and performance.

As a Gold Sponsor, our support extends to the LifeCycle Challenge 2025 – “Rose to Red”, an extraordinary 2,000 km cycling journey from the rose-red city of Petra to the Red Sea coast of Jeddah. This inspiring challenge aims to raise crucial awareness and funds for kidney patients and their families, a powerful symbol of endurance, teamwork, and compassion.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the volunteers, healthcare professionals, athletes, participants, and all the partners who made these initiatives a success. Together, we continue to champion vision care, inclusivity, and community wellbeing, empowering every individual to see their potential clearly. ????
